In an embodied men’s group, we learn and grow through getting out of our heads and into our bodies . This means breathwork, movement, confronting our deepest insecurities, supporting each other, and allowing our gifts to shine.
Together, we will work to start showing up with more depth, more clarity, and with deeper intention.
The world is craving more embodied leadership from the men in their communities . This men’s group will help guide you along your path to becoming a better, deeper, and more trustable man. This is your opportunity to embrace guidance , experience permanent change, and join a community of men who are on a journey of becoming the best version of themselves, just like you.
