About the event

Squamish 23k Teaser

For the workout this week, let's meet at 5:30pm at the parking lot by Carpenter Son's Bridge just below CapU. We'll warm up together, do a series of intervals following a portion of the Squamish 23k course, then cooldown together down Hoods in the Woods and back to the lot.

If you haven't been to a Fellowship of the Run workout before, join in and have some fun with a great group of people.
