An invitation for expansion and growth, join your community for a Wuji Breathwork and Qigong circle
You are invited to learn the art of ‘release’ or what the Chinese term ‘song’. To ‘song’ or to ‘release’ refers to the capacity to let go of stress, tensions, and energetic blockages in the system. When someone has learnt to release effectively, they can begin to let go of habitual tensions in the body, discharge pent up negative emotion, and release mental blocks and limiting beliefs.
Wuji Qigong is an internal art that harmonizes Breathwork, Yoga, Qigong, and shamanic energy work practices.
This free session will involve several breathing exercises and meditation practices that will facilitate your capacity to learn to release. We will also be exploring various altered states of conscious accessible through deep rhythmic breathing (and some breath holds).
Whether you’re looking to let go of stress, cultivate energy, learn concentration and meditation, or try a new system of practice, then this is a great opportunity for you.
Learning the foundational teachings in this practice will give you tools to support your life...increase your resilience and decrease your stress. They are essential teachings to live in harmony with what the Taoist call Tao, the Yogi's call dharma, and the Buddhist call Dhamma – aka finding harmony with the universal order.
If you’re willing to put in the work, your efforts will be rewarded.
