SOUND MEDITATION aka Sound Therapy, Sound Healing, Sound Journey
2nd Tuesdays includes a short guided meditation into relaxation and a full sound healing meditation utilizing the Gongs, Crystal & Tibetan Singing Bowls, Vocal Toning & more.
This is probably one of the easiest forms of meditation, as the sound helps to quiet the monkey mind for you.
No experience necessary.
SOUND THERAPY BENEFITS:
