This workshop is aimed at supporting you in exploring different aspects of the shadow-self as a means to reveal your hidden gifts & the keys to your evolution.
We all have a shadow — the hidden or overlooked parts of ourselves, including our pains, fears, beliefs, behaviors, and even our buried abilities and gifts.
When we are willing to face these lower (or denser) vibrational aspects of self, we create space to explore the path of evolution to unlocking the higher vibrational version of who we are becoming.
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
This is a Guided process. Sarah will off insights to aspects of the shadow & it's polarity, guided self-inquiry & journaling prompts + discussion.
The Class will include a 10-20 minute Sound Attunement toward the end with the intentions of supporting your body/soul/energy in transforming the shadow.
What this is NOT: This is Not a full sound journey like most other classes. It's a workshop that includes a sound healing.

✨ WHAT TO BRING: (Not 100% necessary - some items to borrow available)
a) #1 Importance: Pillow, Cushion, Bolster or something comfy to sit on. We will be sitting for a good portion of the workshop. There are a few bolsters avail. to borrow - 1st come 1st serve. (Need a chair? Request ahead of time to be sure I have one for you)
b) Journal or something to write on/with for intention setting. (Journals avail. for purchase $4)
c) Yoga mat / something comfy to lay or sit on for 10-20 minute sound meditation (there are a few that can be borrowed & some for purchase.)
d) Pillow/blanket/meditation comfort items, something warm.
e) Eye Mask, scarf or something to cover your eyes (blocks out any light in the space and enhances your other sensories, including inner vision - sensory deprivation) - Sleep masks 25-50% Off @ Sound Temple!
f) Water flask / Drinking Water
g) Sacred Objects to re-energize in the sound vibrations (crystals, talismans, wands, jewelry, etc.)
