Vachel Lindsay's Muses
This Women's History Month, the State Historic Sites and the Sangamon Valley Collection would like to honor the women who propelled Vachel Lindsay to fame. Come see a presentation and view artifacts relating to Octavia Roberts the local journalist, Sara Teasdale the awarding winning poet, and Elizabeth Mann Wills the aspiring educator. Don't miss the opportunity to learn about the brilliant women who inspired Vachel Lindsay's career.
This program will be held on March 20th from 12:00-1:30 in the Multipurpose Room at the Lincoln Library.
