This is your opportunity to rejuvenate your spirit and reconnect with yourself as we harness the power of the longest, lightest day of the year. Summer Solstice is a perfect time for taking action, releasing what is no longer needed, and coming back to your intentions for the remainder of the year.

In this non-heated event, we will begin with very gentle yoga to open our energetic pathways and relax the nervous system. Then we will take you on a total body sound immersion and guided meditation. This is the ultimate relaxation experience, where the healing power of sounds & frequencies harmonize energetically between the mind & the body. Immerse yourself in the synergy of gentle vibrations, creating a meditative atmosphere that evokes a sense of peace and deep relaxation. Elevate your well-being and unwind in this blissful journey.

All are welcome! Dress comfortably; bring anything that helps you feel relaxed and comfortable. (i.e., mats, blankets, bolsters, pillows) Feel free to bring your journal and document your experience.
