Join Chef Alex and Jennifer for an evening filled with the bold, sunny flavors of Sicily – a journey of tradition, family, and unforgettable aromas.
We begin with a classic street food favorite: Scacciata filled with tuma cheese and sautéed onions, baked golden and oozing with flavor.
Next, a plate of Pasta al Ragù di Salsiccia – hearty, rustic, and rich with Sicilian soul.
The main course brings you Polpette al Limone, delicate meatballs cooked on fragrant lemon leaves, capturing the essence of citrus groves under the sun.
And to finish, a true jewel of Sicilian pastry: Cassatelle filled with sweet ricotta, baked and dusted with powder sugar – the taste of festa days.
