In this special class, you will learn the art of creating delicate Rosette di Modena pasta, a traditional Italian favorite consisting of pasta roses layered with ham and cheese. To top it off, we will also delve into the secrets of crafting a creamy Beschamel sauce to complement your pasta perfectly. Get ready to impress your friends and family with your newfound culinary skills!
The class includes dinner, prepared by Chef Alessandro and Jennifer.
The event is BYOB, and every partecipant will take home the dish of Rosette they create ready to go in the oven to delight your friends and family.
