You are invited to bounce, jump, leap and spin in this Bungee Party! We will all warm up together, go through the do's and don'ts, and take turns blasting off! We will learn several jumps, sequences, handstands, and whatever skills fit the vibe of the day! Bring your cellphone and some water!
We have 6 rig points set up at different weight/heights, several harnesses, and 1.5 hours to play. This is cardio intensive so we will be taking breaks, trading harnesses and taking turns.
It's a black light party, so neon colors, white or black encouraged!
Prerequisites: This IS cardio intensive. Participants must be comfortable doing repetitive squats, planks & jumps while wearing a harness. Meeting the ground and pushing back is an unavoidable aspect of this apparatus, so we ask that people be fit enough to keep themselves safe.
Harness Sizing: Max waist of 50" & max thigh of 34". We do not recommend that people over 225lbs join bungee classes due to increased harness discomfort.
Dress Code: Leggings or long shorts you can move in, full t-shirt that tucks in. For sanitary reasons and to protect from abrasion, all areas the harness touch must remain covered while jumping. Long hair must be secured in a ponytail or bun to prevent snagging on carabiner. Knee pads are optional.
