Mythbusters at The Zoo in Forest Park

Are skunks smelly? Are snakes slimy? Can porcupines shoot their quills? Do geese prefer rye or pumpernickel?

At Mythbusters on Oct. 11 our Zoo Educators are busting common animal myths and providing you with the knowledge you need to be a positive animal advocate. You'll also get the chance to meet some of our misunderstood animal ambassadors up-close and test your own animal knowledge at various enclosures around The Zoo.

This event is from 10-1 and is free with Zoo admission.

PLEASE NOTE: The City of Springfield charges $3/in-state plate and $5/out-of-state plate cash only to park. This fee is not imposed or collected by The Zoo in Forest Park and is in addition to Zoo admission.
