Morning Yoga Series

Start your day right and get moving with a full body yoga flow that will energize you for your day and build heat, endurance, flexibility, and strength. With modifications and variations for everyone, this class, led by Leah Kocsis, is suitable for all levels.

Join us at the beautiful Historic Sydenstricker Schoolhouse, and come ready to tune into your breath, calm your mind, and play in your practice! Proceeds will benefit Friends of Sydenstricker Schoolhouse to help preserve and protect this local treasure so it can continue to be enjoyed by the community as it has been for almost a century.

Series of 6 classes: $90
7am on Thursdays, 9/4, 11, 18, 25, October 9 and 16th (10/2 is Yom Kippur so no class that day).
