LLCC Lit Fest: Unbound

October is National Book Month and we are celebrating with Lit Fest: Unbound, Oct. 6 to Oct. 9. Each day will feature events celebrating literacy and the joy of reading. This event is open to all LLCC students!

Oct. 6
-Right to Read: Banned Books Reading, noon to 1 p.m., The Learning Center, lower level.
-Quiet Reading Party, 1:30-3 p.m., The Learning Center, lower level
-Student Author Reading, 3-4 p.m., A. Lincoln Commons Lounge

Oct. 7
-Adopt-a-Book Fundraiser, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., A. Lincoln Commons Rotunda
-Create a Cartonera, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m, A. Lincoln Commons Lounge

Oct. 8
-Film Screening: "The Perks of Being a Wallflower," 3-5:30 p.m., Menard Hall, Room 2207

Oct. 9
-Student Open Mic, noon to 1 p.m.
