What to Expect:
Grounding Meditation
Begin the evening with a grounding meditation to center your mind and connect with the present moment. This practice will help you release any distractions and open yourself to new energy.
Dynamic Breathwork (Pranayama)
Engage in powerful breathwork exercises to awaken your life force energy (prana) and prepare your body and mind for the transformative practice ahead. Breath of Fire and other pranayama techniques will help energize and detoxify your system
Kundalini Yoga Practice
Led by our experienced Kundalini instructor, this session will incorporate a series of dynamic movements, kriyas (specific sets of exercises), and postures designed to activate energy within you. This practice will focus on the heart chakra and solar plexus, enhancing your confidence, creativity, and personal power.
Mantra Chanting
Chanting sacred mantras is a key component of Kundalini Yoga. Together, we will chant powerful mantras to elevate our vibrations to clear any blockages and align your energy with your intentions.
Closing Meditation and Relaxation
End the session with a calming meditation and deep relaxation to integrate the shifts and transformations experienced during the class. This will leave you feeling grounded, centered, and ready to manifest your intentions.
