We’re thrilled to welcome Keynote Speaker Tyler Padgitt, Lead Pastor of The Courageous Church in Springfield, Missouri. With more than 20 years in pastoral ministry, Tyler has dedicated his life to faith, leadership, and community transformation. He and his wife, Renee, live in Springfield with their two sons, Owen and Evan.
Tyler’s heart for Springfield and the Ozarks shines through his passion for church revitalization and civic leadership. Early in his ministry, he led the transformation of what is now The Courageous Church—expanding from one location to multiple campuses and building a vibrant team of staff and volunteers. He credits this growth to faithful stewardship and strategic leadership, with a vision to see struggling churches across the Ozarks renewed with life and purpose.
Beyond his pastoral work, Tyler is deeply invested in the community. He serves as a longtime Crosslines board member and was recognized as a 2024 Springfield Business Journal “Man of the Year.”
