Viola Spolin Focus Workshop: Getting Out of Your Head and Into the Scene

This workshop is designed to introduce the core principles of Viola Spolin's approach, using exercises to shift the improviser's focus from thinking and planning to experiencing and doing within the immediate reality of the stage. The goal is to move the actor's attention off of themselves and onto a specific technical problem or relationship.
