Healthy Happy Hour

Friday is August 1st, and we’re kicking off our month long Summer Fun Sweepstakes with a special 4:30pm TRX Barre class followed by a field trip up the road to Before & After Brewing at 5pm

Join us for a healthy Happy Hour to meet and greet with all the F8 family and friends 👯‍♀️👯‍♀️!

F8 is providing some apps and drinks/meals can be ordered at the counter. Fun and fitness can go together!

Summer Fun Sweepstakes starts all day Friday until August 30th. Earn raffle tickets by completeing different tasks and choose from 4 awesome prizes! Winners announced Labor Day, so get in on the action ASAP 🎉
