This candlelit Full Moon class with Brittney Swan is designed to help you release what no longer serves you as you reclaim your personal power.

The Full Moon is an impactful time to release negative thoughts, outdated energy, limiting habits, and beliefs while fostering gratitude. We will blend movement with intentional breath work and guided meditation.
