Fassnight Creek CleanUp - August 9

Help us keep our corner of nature clean and beautiful! The Springfield Art Museum and the Springfield-Greene County Park Board would love your help cleaning up Fassnight Creek by the Museum.

Volunteers will help remove litter and debris from the restored creek area, which serves as a vital wildlife corridor between Phelps Grove Park and the museum grounds.

After the cleanup, the museum will host a free, nature-based art activity on the Hatch Lawn for anyone who wants to stick around and get creative!

Please note that parking is limited due to ongoing museum renovations. We encourage volunteers to use the west lot, and dress in clothes and shoes that are okay getting dirt and water on them!
