Cycles of Change is the first standalone workshop in the five-part SHIP (Shamanic Healing Initiatory Process) Series, held every other month.
This first module teaches participants how to work intentionally with the Five Cycles of Change to support healing, personal growth, and authentic self-discovery.
Cycles of Change explores how transformation unfolds in a spiral, guided by the rhythms of the elemental cycles. The first cycle, aligned with the element of water, invites us to incubate our dreams, prepare for new beginnings, and gently plant and nourish the seeds of growth as we nurture and support meaningful change in our lives.
