The famous Cookies Rib Wagon will be bringing their legendary BBQ to Hy-Vee in Springfield, Illinois! Our crew will be preparing a variety of crowd favorites including the Sauceman's signature ribs, Sweet Hickory pulled pork, smoked chicken wings & delicious BBQ sides.

Visit Wednesday, September 24th from 4-6 p.m., Thursday, September 25th from 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. and Friday, September 26th from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Let us take care of lunch and dinner and weekend eats!
