Chakra Yoga + Sound Healing Series

Join Adrienne Parnell for a Chakra Series, which includes transformative sessions focusing on the Chakras, designed to help you feel balanced, open and empowered.

Move through breath work, yoga postures, and sound healing focused on the Chakras. Class will include journal prompts and exercises to take home. Bring a journal and yoga mat if you have one.
July 15 - Root Chakra
July 29 - Sacral Chakra
August 12 - Solar Plexus Chakra
August 19 - Heart Chakra
September 9 - Throat Chakra
