Bhakti Yoga — Purity in thoughts, words & actions

Join us this Sunday for a Bhakti-inspired practice centered around Saucha, the yogic principle of purity and clarity, and Saraswati, the goddess of wisdom, creativity, mantra, and flow.

This class weaves gentle movement, breathwork, and chanting to support a sense of detoxification and energetic clearing. As we release heaviness and create spaciousness within, we prepare the inner landscape for Saraswati’s qualities to flow—clarity, insight, creativity, and truth.

Expect an uplifting blend of mantra, discussion, breathwork and reflective pauses that help you return to your inner steadiness.

No experience needed — just an open heart and a willingness to listen, chant, or simply rest in the vibration. $18 or use your class pass or membership.
