5-Session SNAP Family Nutrition Class

Hosted by Kenlyn Shettlesworth from MU Health Extension.

The free program is for children 8-12 and the adult who prepares their meals. It involves cooking together as a family and learning recipes that are healthy and easy to cook.

The classes are interactive, and you can learn about setting health goals for your family. If a family attends all six sessions, they will receive a free kitchen appliance!
