💫 Restorative Yoga is like coming home to pure love — a practice of deep surrender where body, mind, and spirit are gently nourished. Supported by props and stillness, you’ll be guided into postures of comfort that allow for true rest, renewal, and inner spaciousness.

✨ Our time together will include:
– 2 hours of soul-soothing Restorative Yoga
– Calming sound healing & moments of poetry
– Deep nervous system reset & emotional rebalancing
– Sacred silence to reconnect with self
– A delicious home-cooked dhal supper, shared in warmth and community
