Silent Yoga Retreat

This two night retreat is for anyone who has a calling to explore moving into silence and stillness in a gentle and effective way.

The gentle process of moving into silence with scheduled achievable meditation sessions will transform you and is often a life changing experience.

As well as regular meditation sessions we will nourish our bodies and minds with led yoga classes, journalling, reflective time around the fire - all amongst breathtaking nature.

Through the process of moving inwards we can cultivate a meaningful relationship with ourselves without distraction.

This is an incredibly supportive and safe environment in which to unfold.

Darci and Evie are well versed in silent retreats having practiced many retreats ranging from 3 nights to 10 days in silence. We are excited to guide you on this powerful path towards coming home.
