Healthy Hydration workshop: Free presentation at the PAC

The Healthy Hydration workshop examines the benefits of staying properly hydrated for your body. Topics include the amount of water we should drink to not only avoid dehydration but also to feel energized, full, and reap the many health benefits water provides. Learn about water-rich foods and ways to make drinking water more enticing. This free workshop presented by Premier Health, 11 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 19 at the Springboro Performing Arts Center, 115 Wright Station Way.

The City of Springboro is partnering with Premier Health for a monthly speaker series. A variety of health and wellness topics will be covered, including those that affect older citizens. All presentations are free and open to the public. For more information, call 937-748-5774.
