🍷 Northern Italy in Eight Glasses – A Wine Experience at Envy Wine Room 🇮🇹
Join us on Friday, July 11th or Saturday, July 12th at 6:30 PM for the next stop in our Passport Series as we journey through eight of the most iconic wine regions of Northern Italy. From the alpine elegance of Alto Adige to the bold reds of Barolo, this immersive class will transport your palate straight to the vineyards of the north.
🍷 We’ll be tasting eight of the most iconic wines from these celebrated regions, each with its own story and expression of terroir.
✨ In addition to our guided tasting, we’ll be doing a hands-on demonstration of how to craft the classic Aperol Spritz and diving into its bubbly Italian origins.
🧀 To complete the experience, we’ll also feature a live tutorial on a classic Northern Italian appetizer—which you’ll get to indulge in during class!
