Mom Core

Educational workshop about how pregnancy, birth and age effects our core and pelvic floor. Learn a series of safe and gentle exercises to help you rebuild and strengthen your core. Every participant will receive a month of workouts and instructional videos delivered to their email address for one month after attending.
