Since the early ‘90s Tommy Drake has been a staple in the stand-up comedy world. Tommy’s unique mixture of original material delivered in a classic style has given him the opportunity to do more shows and be seen by more people live than just about any other comic on the planet. For three years Tommy was Cher’s opening act on her Living Proof: Farewell Tour. Tommy did 125 concerts with Cher and between comedy clubs, theme parks, theaters, and cruise ships has another 11,000+ professional performances under his belt. Tommy is currently one of the highest-rated acts for the largest comedy club chain on the planet, The Punchliner Comedy Club presented by Carnival Cruise Lines. In 2017 Cruise Critic named him the best family comedian at sea.

Tommy has millions of ‘likes’ on Drybar comedy for his critically acclaimed clean comedy special, ‘Mouse’ which was released by Angel Video in November of 2019. Tommy has been on The Howard Stern Show, Bob and Tom, and NPR. Tommy was one of eight writers nominated for an Emmy Award for Comedy Central Presents: Jeff Dunham Spark of Insanity. Tommy is the English-speaking voice of numerous characters in Japanese Anime. Most notably Ryu in Street Fighter Alpha, Dr. Ni in Saiyuki, and Mr. Sakata in the legendary Ghost Stories ADV dub.

In 2005 along with John Wessling and Chuck Savage, Tommy managed to perform in all fifty states in fifty days on the Hellgig: America comedy tour. Later that year he was invited to show his footage from that tour and tell their story at Just For Laughs in Montreal.
