Get faster, stronger, and more explosive this summer! Our Speed & Agility Camp is designed for 4th-7th graders looking to improve their running fundamentals, agility, sprint speed, and jumping ability.
What to Expect:
Proper running mechanics for speed & efficiency
Footwork drills to improve agility & quickness
Sprint training to develop explosive speed
Jump training to increase power & coordination
Fun & competitive drills to keep athletes engaged
Led by experienced coaches, this camp will help young athletes build confidence, improve performance, and develop a solid athletic foundation for any sport. Whether your child plays soccer, basketball, football, or just wants to move better, this camp is for them!
Dates: Wednesdays, June 4th-August 13th (No Session July 2nd)
Time: 9:30am-10:30am
Where: Kingsland High School Gym
Cost: $50 per student
Ages: Boys & Girls entering 4th-7th grade in Fall of 2025
Registration Deadline: Monday, May 19th
(Minimum of 15 students for this program to run/Max 35)
