Come and get a dose of summer fun! Melissa , owner of Hola Yoga + Fitness will guide you through a Slow Flow Yoga practice with a good mix of stretching and strengthening. There will be an ice cold beverage waiting for you when you are done! You have lots to choose from; Draft Kombucha, THC, House-made Hop Water, Craft Soda or a Beer!
You can stick around after class with your new yoga buddies and play lawn games or chat it up.Its going to be a fun morning with the best vibes.. + a perfect playlist to boot!
