Dive into the wonders of the natural world with Nature Lab! Designed for homeschoolers ages 8–10, this enrichment program offers hands-on activities and engaging lessons centered around nature, ecology, and scientific exploration. Each session features a new theme, offering students opportunities to connect with the environment in meaningful ways.
During this program, students will explore the fascinating world of Tennessee’s owls! They will learn how these incredible birds hear, see, call, hunt, and thrive in the wild – all while meeting one of Owl’s Hill Nature Sanctuary’s educational owls up close. Plus, we’ll dive into some hands-on science with an owl pellet dissection!

Note: This is a drop-off program, however, parents are welcome to stay if they choose. We kindly ask that you take a seat in the back of the room to allow the students to fully engage with the activities. If you bring siblings along, please ensure they remain seated and quiet throughout the session so everyone can enjoy the experience.
