About the Speaker - Stephanie Richardson

Stephanie holds a master’s degree in psychology and is a retired Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience working with adults, children, families, and inmates. She has also led and developed a multi-million-dollar direct sales organization of nearly 1,600 members, promoting and mentoring 80 leaders nationwide. A Certified World Class Speaking Coach, DISC Consultant, Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, and international bestselling author, Stephanie equips individuals and organizations to grow in confidence, communication, and leadership.
