Chicken processing clinic! This Friday we are offering our first chicken processing clinic of the year and have room for six participants. We will be processing roughly 100 chickens and you will learn the whole process from beginning to end Each participant will go home with one whole chicken and one parted out chicken as well as all the chicken feet you’d like. Cost is $40 per person. Please message me if you would like to sign up. We will start at 10am on the farm in Thompson’s Station.
