Pack 30 Rocket Launch

It is time for one of Pack 30's favorite events....Bottle Rockets!

What a great way to launch the new scouting year 🚀

We welcome all current scouts, potential new scouts, and siblings who wish to launch rockets to join us for a fun afternoon to kick off our scouting year! Please invite any friends who may want to join scouting this year! Remember that our pack is open to boys and girls in Kindergarten through 5th grade.


Rocket Launch- 1:00PM:
Participants should build their rocket ahead of time and bring it to the event. You must build your bottle with 2 liter bottles and use cardboard for the fins. Also, when placing weight in the nose of the bottle, the only acceptable item is a tennis ball or baseball for safety reasons. Scouts are encouraged to decorate their rocket in a way that reflects their interests and personality! We will have a repair station set up as well.
