What better way to shake off the beginning of the week with a mid week ecstatic dance!
Ecstatic Dance is a journey from Opening Circle to Closing Circle with a rise in music tempo/energy and then settle you back down for a sweet rest by the end. A full body experience guaranteed to leave you feeling lighter, happier and more in tune with your own self.
Top Shelf (aka Cary) will be spinning some different vibes then you'll typically get on a Sunday Morning and help you shake your body as it shakes off that mid week funk! (ooo did someone say funk! :D)
Patera Lounge is open at that time, so come in grab a beverage and snack and mingle with your co-dancers/djs.
