Come learn to frame you ass-ets, put your favorite foot forward,and appreciate yourself with every movement!First, we'll learn some dance fundamentals and self-love-boosting exercises, then you'll strut your stuff in a fun and empowering choreography! Next, we'll really spice things up with sexy add-ons and a sensual flare. Dance instruction and exercises will be more focused on finding the sexy side of confidence than strict technique.Age 18+ for this one.

About your instructor:

Rosie creates a safe space to explore how you express yourself through dance and how to hone that expression with dance techniques to free the inner deity that wants to be unleashed into the world.

Whether you have never danced a step in your life or have many years of experience, Rosie invites you to explore your personal dance style, learn to revel in all your magnificence, and reveal the inner you.

What to wear:

This class is all about confidence and comfort -- wear what makes you feel good! Work out attire, shorts, skirt, fishnets, anything goes. If a burlesque-inspired outfit gives you confidence, that's great too! Most importantly, make sure to wear grippy dance socks/shoes so that you do not slip on our wood floors.
