Our Prime Rib Class is back for the holidays!
In this demonstration style class, you will learn how to prepare Prime Rib, an iconic centerpiece for many holiday dinners. Prime Rib can be considered one of the more intimidating cuts/roasts to cook due to the high price and large size; however, Al will break down his process to make it simple and flawless!
Don't let this dish intimidate you! Even if you're a beginner in the kitchen, Al will guide you through the entire process to make it easy and delicious!
During the class, he'll discuss the meat science behind this cut and dive into seasoning and cooking techniques. You'll snack on locally baked bread and sip on a complimentary glass of wine while Al's shares all his tips and tricks to making a masterpiece.
The main highlight of the class will be creating a mouthwatering Herb Crusted, USDA Prime Grade Washington Ribeye Roast. Accompanied by Pomme Puree Rustique (Rustic Mashed Potatoes) and Brussels & Bacon, this Plat Principal will leave your tastebuds thoroughly delighted.
To end the meal on a sweet note, Al will prepare a Citrus Trifle in a champagne glass that will wow your guests!
