As the longest night of the year arrives, you’re invited to slow down, soften, and turn inward with a deeply restful Winter Solstice Yoga Nidra practice. In this 90-minute session, we’ll honor the quiet beauty of winter as a time for release, reflection, and planting seeds for the year to come.
This guided Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) practice designed to help you rest in that sweet in-between state of dreaming. You’ll be supported with props and blankets as you lie down, listen, and allow your whole being to settle.
This session is perfect if you:
Feel tired, overwhelmed, or “on” all the time,
Crave a ritual to mark the turning of the season,
Want to rest your body while reconnecting with your inner wisdom,
Are new to Yoga Nidra or a longtime practitioner — all are welcome.
You’ll leave feeling quieter, clearer, and more grounded — like you’ve taken a mini winter retreat for your mind, body, and heart.
Bring: comfortable layers, a water bottle, and anything that helps you feel cozy (eye pillow, warm socks, a favorite blanket). Yoga mats and props will be provided (or you’re welcome to bring your own).
Ticket Price: $35 Members / $40 Non-Members
All event purchases are final, non refundable and non-transferrable. If for some reason you cannot attend, you may gift your ticket to another. Thank you for understanding and supporting small business.
