Powerlifting Workshop

Discover the fundamentals of powerlifting in this interactive workshop, where you'll safely learn and practice the three core lifts: deadlift, bench press, and squat. Whether you're new to lifting or aiming to perfect your form, this session offers expert guidance to help you build strength and confidence in your workouts.

A fee equivalent to the price of your reservation will be assessed to your member account for no shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance.
