Join Spokane Humane Society and PetSmart Charities for a week of heartwarming adoptions, tail wags, and second chances during National Adoption Week—happening July 21–27 at PetSmart Northpointe!
• Meet adoptable cats, kittens, dogs, and puppies
• $0 adoption fees for pets in our care 30+ days
• Daily themes, giveaways, and ways to give back
• Meet featured pets like Oatie, Roman, Hank, Luca, Catherine, and Doogie
• No holds – all adoptions are first-come, first-served

Mon 7/21 – Mission Monday
$0 adoption fees for pets 30+ days. Help us fill the bowl! Bring pet food/enrichment donations to drop in our kiddie pool drive.
Tues 7/22 – Top Dog Tuesday
Meet our Queen & King of the week: Catherine & Doogie! Royal adoption packages + waived fees.
Wed 7/23 – Wheels of Wags Wednesday
Spin to win swag when you donate! 25% off adoptions with donation. Potentially meet a special recovery kitty in our SHS van!
Thurs 7/24 – Thankful Thursday
Add your story or tribute to our Gratitude & Inspiration Wall. Learn more how to get involved in the SHS mission!
Fri 7/25 – Foster Friday
Learn how fostering saves lives, about how you Foster-to-Adopt, and about one of our foster stars & name our next intakes!
Sat 7/26 – Summer Splash Saturday!
Our biggest event of the week:
• $0 adoptions on pets 6 months+
• 50% off pets under 6 months
• Splash pool for pups & grab a drink from a (separate) pool for people
• Donation Drive: Help fill the pool with pet food and enrichment items!
Sun 7/27 – Save-a-Life Sunday
Final push to clear the kennels! Same adoption specials, same life-saving mission.
WHAT TO KNOW:
• Bring your dog(s) for meet & greets if you plan to adopt
• No adoption holds
