New Moon Sound Journey

Please join us for an out of this world New Moon sound journey meditation! We have curated ambient healing frequencies with live instrumental vibrations designed to help you dive deep into your body and mind to rest, relax and recover. We are currently in a moon phase of chaotic watery energy so this New Moon will be the perfect opportunity to reflect, redirect and set new intentions moving forward into Autumn. Please bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, comfy clothes and whatever else you may want to build a little nest to sink into for this experience. Arrive 5 minutes early to set your space, we will start shortly after 6pm. Space is limited to 20 people max. See you there!
