Our event will kick off at 5PM with an hour of giving back to our community through hands-on volunteer work at 2nd Harvest Food Bank. We'll be sorting and packaging food items, helping to ensure local families have access to nutritious meals. Your time and energy will make a real difference in the lives of our neighbors! Advocacy Meeting with Local Representatives
Following our volunteer shift, at 6PM we'll shift gears and head to a conference room onsite to meet with local lawmakers and GoWest representatives for a discussion around credit union advocacy and issues. This is a unique opportunity to share stories and discuss how legislative decisions affect credit unions and the communities they serve. Together, we'll advocate for policies that support financial inclusion, member-owned institutions, and the economic well-being of our communities!
