Manito Park Yoga presented by Kaiser Permanente

Join us in beautiful Manito Park for FREE yoga sessions this summer, presented by Kaiser Permanente with instruction from The Union Studios!

When: Saturdays, June 12 through August 16, 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
Where: Manito Park Duncan Lawn, just east of Duncan Garden
Cost: FREE. No sign-up required
Suggested Items for Attendees: Yoga mat and water bottle
Recommended Attire: Workout clothing of any kind


Description of Yoga Classes from The Union Studio: Yoga Sculpt blends aspects of barre, Pilates, and yoga. We combine the precision and alignment of barre, with the core strength and flexibility of Pilates, and the mindfulness and breath work of yoga - resulting in a dynamic fusion that challenges both body and mind. We will utilize mini loop resistance bands to enhance muscle engagement and target specific areas of the body.
