Friday Yoga Class

Yoga Class at Corbin Senior Center
827 W. Cleveland Ave., Spokane, WA 99205

The Class will be held from 9:30 – 10:30 am ~ $12 per class

This yoga practice will include breath work, gentle stretching, and some balance work. Any age and physicality are welcome. Mobility aids are welcome (cane, chair, wheelchair, blocks, etc.) Modifications are available for every pose! If you can breathe, you can do yoga. Wear comfortable, loose clothes. Mat is helpful, not required. Don’t forget a water bottle!
