🧡 Thanksgiving Day Gentle Flow (Free Class + Food Drive)
Begin your Thanksgiving day with gratitude, intention, and gentle movement. This Gentle Flow class is a calm, grounding practice designed to open the body and quiet the mind through slow, mindful sequences and deep, steady breath.

We’ll move with ease, reflect on all there is to be thankful for, and fill the room with compassion and community.

🧘‍♀️ This class is FREE, but we invite you to bring non-perishable food donations to support Second Harvest Food Bank. Your generosity will help local families enjoy a nourishing holiday season.
