Fall Veggie and Guiltless Cream Soups with Jamie Aquino

In this plant-based entertainment style class, Jamie will show you how to use innovative techniques and ingredients to create rich and creamy soups without ANY dairy! No heavy cream, no butter or milk, just delicious flavors and silky creams made with nuts, whole grains, and vegetables! You'll also explore using a wide variety of fall vegetables that are both hearty and nutrient dense, including how to use the Cream of Mushroom in the classic holiday dish, Green Bean Casserole. You won't want to miss this popular class!

On the Menu: Tomato Beet Bisque, Cheesy Broccoli, Butternut & Greens, Cream of Potato, Cream of Mushroom, and Fall Veggies and Wild Rice Soup

Class Style: Entertainment. This is an instructional class with no Hands-On participation.
