In this fun, hands-on class, you’ll learn the techniques and recipes to make gourmet pizza at home. Kristi will walk you through making and forming your own homemade dough, sauce choices, cheeses and toppings. You’ll form your own individual crust and use a variety of seasonal ingredients, including vegetarian and meat options, to create your own unique pizza masterpiece to enjoy in class. You’ll leave class with all the skills you need to easily make delicious homemade pizza in your own oven including a batch of dough to get you started! Suitable for Vegetarians

On the menu: White with Greens Pizza, Margarita Pizza, your own DIY individual pizza plus, a batch of dough to take home!

Class Style: Partial Hands-On. This class is approximately 50% Hands-On participation.
