Parenting was never meant to be done alone.
For most of human history, children were raised within communities, families, neighbors, and trusted adults sharing the emotional and practical load. Modern research continues to show what our bodies and instincts already know: children flourish when parents are supported, and parents cope better when they’re not isolated.
The Parenting Circle is a relaxed, judgment-free space for parents, especially those feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or unsure, to come together and reconnect with that village mentality.
This is not a class and not therapy.
It’s a community space to:
-Talk openly and honestly
-Vent without being fixed or judged
-Share ideas, experiences, and resources
-Feel less lost and more supported in your parenting journey
Research consistently shows that parental support and connection reduce burnout, increase emotional regulation, and positively impact children’s psychological development.
When parents feel grounded and supported, they’re better able to show up for their kids, emotionally, mentally, and physically.
Especially welcoming to:
Young parents
Single parents
Parents navigating stress, burnout, or major life transitions
Parents with ADHD/ADD/ODD/Neurodivergent children
